Notification of transactions by managers and their closely associated persons

Nokian Tyres’ managers and their closely associated persons referred to in the Market Abuse Regulation ((EU) No 596/2014, ”MAR”)) are requested to follow the instructions below for notifying transactions. 

Instructions for filing the transaction notification form

1. Notify Nokian Tyres in advance by sending email to [email protected] of every contemplated transaction with the financial instruments relating to Nokian Tyres.

2. After concluding the transaction, the form for notifying transactions must be filled in on the FIN-FSA website. Save the notification you made in the Financial Supervisory Authority's service as a pdf document and send it by e-mail to Nokian Tyres at [email protected] no later than three working days after the transaction (T+3).

If the notifier wishes the company to make a notification to the FIN-FSA on his/her behalf, the notification must be submitted to the company within one working day of the transaction (T+1).

• Shortname of Nokian Tyres share: TYRES (as of May 20, 2019). 
• ISIN code of Nokian Tyres share: FI0009005318
• Notification reference: Generated automatically

3. Nokian Tyres publishes the notification as a stock exchange release promptly, and in any event within 2 working days after the receipt of the transaction notification.
