Nokian Tyres’ target is to deliver good returns to its shareholders and pay a dividend of at least 50% of its net earnings.
Dividend for the year 2024
The Board of Directors of Nokian Tyres plc proposes to the Annual General Meeting 2025 that a dividend of EUR 0.25 per share shall be paid to shareholders who are registered in the company’s shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the dividend record date of May 9, 2025. The payment date proposed by the Board of Directors is May 20, 2025.
