Nokian Tyres’ target is to deliver good returns to its shareholders and pay a dividend of at least 50% of its net earnings.

Dividend proposal for the year 2025

The Board of Directors of Nokian Tyres proposes to the 2026 Annual General Meeting that a dividend of EUR 0.25 per share be paid for the financial year 2025 to shareholders who are registered in the company’s shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the dividend record date of March 27, 2026. The payment date proposed by the Board of Directors is April 15, 2026.

Dividend for the year 2024

The Annual General Meeting decided on a distribution of dividend of EUR 0.25 per share. The dividend was paid on May 20, 2025, to shareholders who were registered in the company’s shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the dividend record date on May 9, 2025.
