Nokian Tyres’ target is to deliver good returns to its shareholders and pay a dividend of at least 50% of its net earnings.

Dividend for the year 2023

The Annual General Meeting 2024 decided that a dividend of EUR 0.35 per share shall be paid for the year 2023. The dividend was paid on May 15, 2024 to shareholders who were registered in the company’s shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the dividend record date on May 2, 2024.

In addition, the General Meeting decided to authorize the Board of Directors to resolve on a dividend of a maximum of EUR 0.20 to be paid in December 2024. In their meeting on October 29, 2024, the Board of Directors decided that a second dividend installment of EUR 0.20 per share will be paid on December 4, 2024 to shareholders who are registered in the company’s shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the dividend record date of October 31, 2024.

After the payment of the second dividend installment, the total amount of dividends paid by Nokian Tyres for the year 2023 will be EUR 0.55 per share.
