Remuneration of the Board of Directors

The Annual General Meeting 2025 resolved to pay annual fee to the Board of Directors for the term ending at the end of the Annual General Meeting 2026 as follows:

• Chair of the Board of Directors: EUR 115,000
• Deputy Chair and Chairs of the Board Committees: EUR 76,000
• Other Directors: EUR 53,500

The Annual General Meeting resolved that 60 percent of the annual fee be paid in cash and 40 percent in the company's shares.

In addition, the Annual General Meeting resolved that the members of the Board of Directors be paid:

• A meeting fee of EUR 700 for each meeting of the Board of Directors and Board committees
• A meeting fee of EUR 1,400 for Directors resident in Europe for meetings held in Europe outside the member's home country
• A meeting fee of EUR 2,100 for Directors resident in Europe for meetings held outside Europe
• A meeting fee of EUR 2,100 for Directors resident outside Europe for meetings held outside the member's home country
• Meeting fee of EUR 700 if a member participates in the meeting via telephone or video connection

Travel expenses are reimbursed in accordance with the company's travel policy.
