Nokian Tyres corporate website comes second and improves the most in Webranking survey

Nokian Tyres Corporate website at company.nokiatyres.com succeeds in this year’s Webranking by Comprend survey.

The page ranks second in Finland and is this year’s best climber in Finland, improving by 16.1 points thanks to the launch of a new standalone corporate website. The site gained a total of 84,5/100 points. According to the survey organizers the site excels in structure, design, and transparent communication.

“Last year, we created a separate Corporate website to serve the Corporate stakeholders more efficiently and in a more targeted manner with a new kind of concept. Especially in content development, we utilized the results of the previous year's Webranking survey. We are very proud that our site was the second best in Finland and at the same time the most improved site in the survey,” says Director, Extrenal Communications Elina Lehtinen.

The survey evaluates the web sites in terms of information for investors, media, potential employees, sustainability and how the company talks about itself in general.

This year Finnish companies stand out with their strong performance, achieving an average score of 60.1 points, which compares favorably with the European average of 47.1 points. This year, 52 of the largest listed Finnish companies were included in the ranking.

Webranking by Comprend is the only website ranking based on stakeholder expectations. Every year since 1997, they have asked corporate audiences such as analysts, investors, journalists and job seekers what they expect from a corporate website. Their answers are used to formulate the criteria by which the websites are assessed. The Webranking report includes 100 criteria in total and more than 400 measure points.
