“When tires are safe for drivers, they are safe for those crossing the road. By always investing more in sustainability and keeping the bar high in workplace safety, we can make the world safer for all. To that end, we always do high-quality work and never makee unsafe decisions.
“Buying tires isn’t shopping in the traditional sense, but a necessity, so we’re always looking to remove barriers from that. As professionals, we take responsibility and recommend the most suitable tires. If there are two options, we always recommend the safer one. In addition to safe tires, we make other observations about the car. If an issue is found, professionals will fix it. We also instruct consumers on safe driving and share reminders about changing tires for winter.”

“To keep developing, it helps to have a general thirst for knowledge about business and different industries. It’s good to learn from others. I always ask the team to bring up examples of things that are done well somewhere else, so we could do that, too.
