Fun and games at Oradea factory Family Fest

With around 700 participants, the event brought together employees and their loved ones for a memorable experience. It was a joy to open the factory doors to the family members of the Nokian Tyres team and to show them where the makers of a safe journey spend their workdays.

Held on the grounds of the factory, the event space was beautifully decorated to mark this special occasion. The day was officially opened by our President & CEO Paolo Pompei, and with warm words also from VP of Romania Operations Susanna Tusa the day was set for connection and relaxing in the sun.

During the event guests and Nokian Tyres team members enjoyed delicious treats offered by a variety of food trucks, relaxed together and had plenty of fun throughout the day. Children had their own magical corner, featuring beloved children’s characters, making the day truly unforgettable for the little ones. One of the highlights was the children’s talent show, which touched hearts and brought smiles to everyone’s faces. On the guided factory tours, the guests were introduced to their family members’ workplace and were impressed by the technology and equipment behind our operations. And of course, the photobooth added a splash of fun and laughter, capturing joyful moments with the team.
