Vianor Oy concludes change negotiations in Finland

The change negotiations concerning Vianor Oy's personnel in Finland, which began on November 26, 2024, have been concluded. As a result of the negotiations, Vianor Oy personnel at service points, retreading factories and the OE assembly line, a total of some 450 people, can be temporarily laid off for a maximum of 90 days per person during 2025. In addition, the employment contracts of 16 employees will end. This is less than half of the amount estimated at the beginning of the negotiations.
As a result of the now concluded change negotiations and earlier measures, the number of Vianor's own service points will decrease by three. Suonenjoki service point will become entrepreneur-driven, two service points in Hyvinkää have merged, and in Helsinki the operations of the Kallio service point have transferred to the Herttoniemi service point and the operations of the Lauttasaari service point will trasfer to the new service point in Suomenoja, Espoo. After the changes the number of Vianor own service points in Finland will be 54.
The aim of the change negotiations was to adapt operations to the market and demand situation and to improve profitability.
