Vianor Oy commences change negotiations in Finland

Vianor Oy commences change negotiations to adapt operations to the market and demand situation and to improve profitability. The change negotiations concern the entire personnel of Vianor Oy in Finland, altogether some 500 people. The company is planning to reduce the network of service centers, temporary layoffs, redundancies and changes in job descriptions.

The planned adjustment measures may lead to temporary layoffs of the entire Vianor Oy’s personnel for a maximum of 90 days and termination of employment of a maximum of 40 employees.  Possible layoffs are planned to be implemented during 2025 and possible termination of employment during the first quarter of 2025. The change negotiations will last at least six weeks.
