The following members have been appointed to Nokian Tyres’ Shareholders' Nomination Board:

• Mr. Petter Söderström (Investment Director, Solidium Oy), appointed by Solidium Oy
• Mr. Mikko Mursula (Deputy CEO, Investments, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company), appointed by Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company
• Mr. Timo Sallinen (Director, Head of Listed Securities, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company), appointed by Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company
• Mrs. Jonna Ryhänen (Chief Investment Officer and Deputy CEO, Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company), appointed by Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company
• Mr. Jukka Hienonen, Chair of the Board of Directors, Nokian Tyres plc

Shareholders’ Nomination Board prepares proposals for the Annual General Meeting concerning the election and remuneration of the Board of Directors. The proposals will be submitted to Nokian Tyres' Board of Directors latest on January 31, 2026.

Shareholders’ Nomination Board consists of five members of which four members represent the company’s four largest shareholders, and one member is the Chair of the Board of Directors. The four largest shareholders are determined based on the shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd. on the first banking day of June.
