Nokian Tyres has received a notification from Société Générale SA (SG SA), France on December 15, 2020, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5. According to the notification Société Générale SA’s holdings in Nokian Tyres shares fell below the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on October 29, 2020. The holdings of Société Générale SA in Nokian Tyres amounted to 6,858 890 shares, corresponding to 4.94% of Nokian Tyres’ shares and voting rights.
