Nokian Tyres has received a notification from Société Générale SA (SG SA) on October 29, 2020, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5. According to the notification Société Générale SA’s holdings in Nokian Tyres shares exceeded the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on October 27, 2020. The holdings of Société Générale SA in Nokian Tyres amounted to 8,149,450 shares, corresponding to 5.87% of Nokian Tyres’ shares and voting rights.
